How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Our objective is to always offer you the very best shipping options, no matter where in the world you live. Each day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of customer service to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and delivery company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer to you.

Price: We charge a flat rate of $3.99 for all countries and free shipping on orders over $50.

The shipping time can take between 10–30 days. However, on average our customers receive their order between 10-20 days once the item has been dispatched.

Custom products designed by us are custom printed in the USA and are ready to be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase. Then the typical shipping times to the USA are 3-7 days and 7-15 days for the rest of the world.

If after 25 days your item has not arrived, please contact us and we will do our best to find out when you can expect delivery of your order.

What payments we accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments (except PayPal) are processed through Stripe. Stripe is a secure payment gateway and is used by thousand’s of businesses worldwide.

How do I make payments using PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online as you do not need an account to pay with PayPal. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing. It’s fast, easy and secure.

Refund and Returns

All products sold on our site are covered by the Flappi Duck 30 day guarantee. The guarantee starts on the day you receive the delivery.

Please do not return your product without contacting us first as you will require a returns number from our office.

Unless the item is faulty, defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We advise you to send the product back to us using a tracking service.

Please protect the product when you return it using suitable packaging as we cannot accept any damaged product returned.

Once we receive the returned product, we endeavour to refund you using the same method as you used to pay for the product. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to show in your account.

Is your website secure?

At Flappi Duck we use the latest security measures to protect your details and payment information. All credit and debit card payments are encrypted and are processed through Stripe. You will see all our web pages begin with “https:”, and depending on web browser will see a padlock symbol in the URL.
